Kenya is one of the best places for bird and nature photography, so we run a set-departure birding and wildlife photo tour to Kenya, in addition to our standard Kenyan birding tour, which does not focus specifically on photography. Experience the Wildebeest Migration safari, depending on the time of your safari. Explore the big 5 mammals through the game drives in this park. Driving through traditional homesteads of the Masai natives.

Itinerary Details

  1

  Arrival - Masai Mara Game Reserve

  After breakfast at your Hotel in Nairobi, you will transfer to Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will arrive in time for lunch. Check into your lodge, have lunch, and after go for the afternoon game drive within the reserve to search for the big five mammals. Retire back at your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Mara Simba Lodge.

  2

  Full Day in Masai Mara

  After breakfast at the lodge, you will leave with your parked lunch for a whole day game viewing exploration of the reserve and this will involve both the morning and evening game-viewing safaris. During this day you will also move towards the Mara River to search for animals like hippos, giant crocodiles, the famous wildebeests, and a lot of wildlife. In the evening, retire to your lodge for refreshments and relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Simba Lodge.

  Game Drive and Transfer Back to Nairobi

  Early morning wakes us up for the last game drive in the reserve, looking for what we might have missed the previous day. Return back to the lodge for late breakfast and after transfer back to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Nairobi or depending on your departure flight be transferred to the Airport.
